Kevin is the CEO of Thomas Mae Group which includes Land & New Homes Network and Thomas Mae Land & Planning, working with market leading independent estate agents across the UK to develop a profitable and valuable land and new homes business in collaboration with UK’s house builders and housing Associations. Prior to setting up his business in 2014, Kevin was Managing Director of New Homes at Romans for 13 years.
Gary is responsible for over 2000 individual clients ranging from Estate Agents to Developers to Finance houses. He initially demonstrate the Sprift functionality, how it can be used to help their business and how it has already helped other client He takes care of day to day issues and makes sure that training and all support functions are as they need it to be. Having been an Estate Agent, he is passionate about being the 'Authority' in respect of property data and helping my clients to win more business and take care of their current business, using Sprift to best effect.
