Our unique Out-Sourced Sales Progression service is designed to allow Estate Agents focus on what they do best which is selling houses We get involved in a transaction from the point of listing all the way to completion with communication, service and speed at the core of what we do.

Out-Sourced sales progression

Compared to the market average of 126 days, our average transaction time is now 77 days from SSTC to exchange of contracts – which means falls throughs are less likely and you get paid sooner. Here are the key features of ASAP’s service

  • Free Sales Progression.
  • Free Anti-Money Laundering Checks & Title Documents on all new listings regardless of whether our recommended solicitors are instructed.
  • No Sale No Fee on all costs & disbursements, including searches.
  • Conveyancing Quote tool that allows you to generate your own branded quotes.
  • Add your own referral fee of up to £250 per case on a case by case basis.
  • Client Portal which allows you and your clients to track the progress of their case in real time.
