Kristjan has been an agent for around 18 years now - 16 of those as the co-founder of Base Property Specialists - and you might know him as 'the viking guy'. Kristjan is a huge advocate of the technological evolution of our industry to help deliver a better all-round consumer experience. Earlier this year Kristjan launched The Depositary, an end of tenancy proptech solution for letting agents built in partnership with TDS.
Matt is MAB’s Innovation Director having joined the business from Coreco in 2019 where he was the founder and former managing director. With nearly 20 years’ industry experience, Matt’s role at MAB is to ensure the firm’s digital strategy aligns to every area of the business, both internally and externally to achieve the best possible customer experience in the industry. As a three-time British Mortgage Awards winner (Best Business Leader for a broker with under 40 advisers), Matt is passionate about technology and innovation within the mortgage sector.
Ed has over 40 years in the property business, 22 at Douglas & Gordon in London as Exec Director. A ten-year columnist in The Sunday Times as property expert and as Agent Provocateur in The Telegraph, he's also fronted two BBC TV series and is a regular on mainstream media. In 2016 he set up outsourced viewing and inspection service Viewber which gives agents daily online access to a nationwide army of local experts.

Lee is a seasoned estate agent having spent 26 years with Countrywide where he had responsibility for leading brands across the UK. Lee joined Purplebricks in 2017 where he became UK CEO and he currently works for FocalAgent, leading the charge with virtual viewings, video and AI-enhanced property photography, delivered through the largest National Network of Professional Photographers in the UK.
Richard is an experienced board director with over 20 years services in property related businesses. He knows the stress points and issues that clients can often face and the difference that speed can make to a successful transaction. He launched ASAP in 2014 with the express aim to make the home moving process quicker and more efficient for Agents and their clients, joining up all the stages of the transaction from initial client referral through to completion.
