Planning for the upside - How to prepare your estate agency for a post-COVID19 world
ICG is all about collaboration and innovative ways to operate in estate agency. That’s why we’re starting a series of webinars that will aim to provide much needed advice and support for estate agents in these challenging times.
In each episode, we’ll be joined by leading estate agents in the country along with a panel of ICG approved Proptech and PropServices suppliers that will discuss the most important topics of the moment, in a collaborative & interactive manner.
The first episode will focus on insights from the estate agency community and the suppliers that serve this community regarding changes that they see happening in the industry, conversations that they are having and where they see the property industry moving in a post-COVID19 world.
Join the conversation on how estate agents are adapting to the “new normal” and what they can do (now and later) to prepare for the upside - we look forward to hearing from estate agents with their views of what’s happening in the real world and their questions for ICG approved suppliers on how they can effectively transform their business to come out stronger on the other side of the lockdown - on topics such as strategy, lead generation, people management, internal efficiencies, digital marketing, customer experience and additional revenue streams.
The webinar will be hosted by Christopher Watkin, who will be asking questions to a panel of leading estate agents and property suppliers:
